Shipping information

All orders are made to order, this means it takes a little longer than purchasing a product off the shelf - our Copper Creator only has one set of hands! All orders should be shipped in 10-14 days, however during busy periods this may be a little longer, let us know via the special requests if you need your item for a specific date.

UK, Ireland and Channel Isles

All orders are sent with Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped and text updates will be sent by Royal Mail

International

Overseas orders are send via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and further afield in 10 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched.
